Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed as all liquids are made to order. During the weekends and bank holidays, orders are not processed these resume on following work day. During busy periods this may take longer. Your order status will change to completed this means the order has been dispatched to the postal network. For orders using the Local Pick Up you can arrive at the collection point when your order has been completed. During busy periods for example, Christmas and Holidays deliveries may take longer. Please allow 2 to 14 days during these times in the UK, international deliveries may take longer.

Signed for UK shipping takes on average 2-3 days for arrival. We recommend this service for all areas in London as well as orders of many items.
Currently Local Pick Up services are available for the BH and DT Postcode area.
For orders using Local Pick Up, your order will be available to collect from the unit at Alma Road as soon as you receive your completed email. If you have left an order note specifying one of the shops however, then the following applies:
- Kinson: Available for collection the day after you receive your completed email.
- Poole: Available for collection the day after you receive your completed email.
- Swanage: Available for collection on the Thursday following your completed email.
- Blandford: Available for collection on the Thursday following your completed email.
You are responsible for checking that the products you order are legal to import into your country – we can accept no claims for packages held or destroyed by your own countries authorities.
International shipping can take anything from 3-14 days depending on the country and we ask that you wait a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us about your order.
Incorrect shipping addresses
If you supply us with an old, incorrect or undeliverable address, please contact us immediately just in case we can get it changed for you.
If your order has already been shipped we cannot change the shipping address and we cannot stop it in transit. We cannot send more items and we cannot refund the ones that have already been sent to you.
At this point it is your responsibility to try and retrieve the items sent to the incorrect address that was supplied to us, this applies to addresses where you used to live for example.
If you can’t get the items or you supplied an undeliverable address, hopefully the package will be returned to us in which case you will need to pay for the items to be reshipped before we can send them to you again. This will mean you have to wait to see if it is returned to us and this could take many weeks.
